Terms of Use

⚠ IMPORTANT: By accessing or using the CAMANAI system, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use this system. This system is for authorised internal users of CA Management Services Pty Ltd only.

1. Definitions

"Company" means CA Management Services Pty Ltd (ACN/ABN to be confirmed), its directors, employees, agents, contractors and affiliates.

"System" means the CAMANAI software platform, including its web-based dashboard, APIs, data pipelines, integrations, and all associated components.

"User" means any person granted access to the System by the Company.

"Triumph" means the Triumph ERP/accounting software operated by or on behalf of the Company.

"Shopfront" means the Shopfront POS software integrated with this System.

2. Authorised Use Only

Access to this System is strictly limited to authorised personnel of CA Management Services Pty Ltd and its related entities. Credentials must not be shared with any third party. Users are individually responsible for all actions performed under their login credentials.

Unauthorised access, or any attempt to access data beyond your authorised scope, may constitute a criminal offence and will result in immediate revocation of access.

3. No Warranty — System Provided "As Is"

The CAMANAI System is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise. The Company expressly disclaims all warranties including but not limited to:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable to any User for any:

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or continuous availability of the System. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may occur at any time. The Company is not responsible for any loss resulting from planned or unplanned system outages.

8. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the System following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the System login page.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Users submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
